I expected this to be mostly hype, but it was surprisingly useful when my skin felt dry, tight and just irritated after overdoing my active products.
I apply a thin layer at night and use it instead of my usual moisturizer. By morning, my problem areas look and feel calmer and my skin overall much more comfortable.
